I learned that learning is not just learn more and more, we should step by step. And if you have the second barrier, you have to go back to find out what you thought you understood well just before you got all confused. The third barrier is misunderstood word. If you have the word you did not understand, you may have like feel blank, tired, not there and you might have feel worried or upset. And I will tell how to solve the problem. First, you have to find what you do not understand word ,and search the dictionary that you do not understand word ,and make up sentences ,and restudy the book. All of this I write is I learn and from the learning how to learn.

我學到學習不只是學愈來愈多的東西而已，我們應該要一步一步地學習。如果你有第二種學習障礙，你應該往前，找出在你完全困惑之前，那個你覺得完全瞭解的地方。第三種學習障礙是誤字。如果你有你不瞭解的字，你可能會感到一片空白、疲倦、心不在焉，還有也可能會覺得擔心或沮喪。我會告訴你如何解決這個問題。第一，你要去找出你不瞭解的字，然後用字典查那個你不瞭解的字，然後造句，然後重讀那個部分。所有我寫的這些都是我學到和來自於《學習如何學習》。
